PORT COOGEE OCTAVIA MEWS (STAGE 7C)
The evolution of Port Coogee Octavia Mews has led to the creation of an urban precinct that breathes new life into the area. The landscaping and streetscape furniture evoke a ‘home-away-from-home’ ambiance. With new amenities setting the stage for frequent events, anticipation is captured throughout this new seaside community.
A key element to the design is the cobblestone roadway at the very heart of the project. Pavement Innovations is the trusted supplier of the rigid mortar system that lays the foundations for this high-traffic area. A total of 3,500 sqm of cobblestones have been expertly installed by Lightning Brick Pavers using Bautek’s BOND, BED, and GROUT products. Bautek’s premium products offer confidence in the roadway’s construction, and longevity in its craftsmanship.
