The tallest residential building in Perth has now been completed, marking a significant milestone for the rapidly evolving suburb of South Perth. Just a stone's throw from Perth Zoo, the two towers boast world-class amenities and luxury living.
At street level, a food, beverage and retail hub extend out onto pavement that wraps both towers. Pavement Innovations supplied JOINTSET, a premium advanced modified jointing sand made to interlock the pavers together, creating stable joints that minimise joint erosion. This high strength formula will ensure the longevity of the pavement and enhance the historic charm of the area.
