ONE THE ESPLANADE

One The Esplanade stands as a beacon of contemporary architecture in Perth's CBD—a 29-level premium-grade structure that has attained a 6 Star Green Star rating, a 5 Star NABERS rating, and the coveted IWBI WELL Gold rating. As one of the first of its kind in the Perth CBD, its design melds cutting-edge amenities with a deep respect for the history and heritage of the First Nations people.

In a seamless blend of existing and new, Pavement Innovations was consulted to find a stone that would harmonise with the granite already present in the precinct. Stone Merchants Australia rose to the challenge, providing a match for the existing cobblestones and large format verge paving, ensuring a coherent and timeless aesthetic.

Based in the forever growing Elizabeth Quay precinct with river front views, One The Esplanade is more than just a building—it is a sustainably built, world-class facility that embraces its roots. It promises to be a vibrant space where innovation thrives and the spirit of the community flourishes for decades to come.
