Ocean Reef Marina Development (Stage 1)

We’re pleased to announce that construction on the Ocean Reef Marina (stage 1) project is underway, led by Development WA and Georgiou Group.

The new Ocean Reef Marina is set to become a world-class retail, tourism, residential and recreation waterfront precinct. Scheduled for a 2036 completion, this project will include Perth’s first coastal pool.
